The project timelines are so pathetic there is no work life balance. Every day we are sending more then 9.15hrs and extending until 12+ hours. All these are never recorded during appraisal discussion. The only thing manager remembers are various ways to downgrade your raiting. And then again wait for another 6-8months for salary hike letters to be rolled out which is also not certain. Whenever you ask for hike they say we dont have any info. Its all trap just want to get out of it asap
