Trending @Infosys; I joined infy recently as Quality Engineering Analyst. And immediately they have asked me to give preassessment. Anyone has idea on this?
My concern is I joined with 4+years of experience, instead of project calls, they asked me to give preassessment, and my training will started after that, which is mandatory to attend from office. What’s the process or policy? I have 6 months probation period.
Will they terminate our employment from Infosys based on this exam and trainings?
I’m super scared hearing all the layoff news. Please any suggestions!!
This happened with me also .. After confirming I got to know that they are providing training before sitting in any project interviews because of high rejection rate. The training will be for 1 month and after the you also have to give post assessment and you will also have to clear 1 certification, in my case I have gone through selenium advance automation tester. But trust me you will find this training very interesting, and it will actually brush up your knowledge.
And dont worry the results will not impact your employment with Infosys. In my batch many of us failed the assessment and even the certification but all of us are in projects now. This training us just to give you confidence before sitting in any project interviews, bot to fire you.
