I joined infy in 2020 with 15LPA as Consultant on JL5 band (6yrs exp.)
Now in 2025 my CTC is 34LPA as Architect on JL6 band.

Now growth from here will be minimal.

I joined infy for 3 yoe with 8.5 lpa. now I have around 8 yoe and I am at 12.2 lpa.. this includes 1 promotion with 5 ratings 4 commendable and 1 met expectation
