Hi, I joined infosys 2 years ago and since then I have not received any hike or promotion and I hope I have worked well to deserve the promotion, could you please tell me the process to get promotion. Do we need to reach out to manager directly? or should we have to complete any particular certifications before going forward ? Any help here is appreciated.

Apart from your good work , promotion depends on lots of other criterias like your experience,slot availability, manager's effort, account budget,dq score etc.

I suggest you to have a discussion with your manager and if you don't get a good response after repeated follow ups , try for IJP or better to switch.
