19moTrending @Infosys; I initiated separation from infosys.
I got offer from accenture and initiated separation from infosys based on this offer , after few days I noticed that I have non competent agreement with infosys so does it effect in anyways while joining to accenture?or there are any people who who directly joined accenture from infosys in past few months or faced any issue ?

Non compete clause doesn't prevent one from joining rival companies...but it states that u cannot work for the same client in rival companies within 6 or 12 months of joining ...please read the clause once more and clarify if required...not sure if it has changed recently though
