Trending @Infosys; I initiated employee separation on infyme. SURPRISINGLY the last working date is not getting changed on employee separation. It's showing exact date after 3 months..can anyone help with notice period negotiation and how to proceed it?

U cannot change lwd...it will be 90days from the date u raise esep....but if u mean the month itself is not changing then that's a system issue...nobody here can help...raise a ahd or check with hr...after that your dm can give u approval for LWD change(if at all)...and hr has to change from backend...
