Underperforming is not PIP it’s straight out. Pls start looking for opportunities. Hope you have not accepted the rating. If you genuinely believe it’s due tip politics use all channels available at your disposal to fight the rating. Don’t accept it in system

After UP rating just wait for HR call with the termination offer. They will ask you to resign to avoid termination and give you 3 months pay. The call would happen around January
