Trending @Infosys; I have resigned and HR is asking for immediate Release within 1 week. But I want to be released after 60 days. Can someone guide?
I am from ENG Unit and have resigned recently. Today My HR says that since you're on the bench, we want to release you immediately. I asked them for some time but they are saying it's the policy. My original last working day is 24 March but he is insisting on early release within one week. What to do now?
Just refuse !! Since yiu don’t have any other option. Let’s see what they can do. If they want early release ask them to pay pending salary.
Is it fine in case of self initiation of resignation?
I don’t tbjnk there is any policy of early release when on bench if so ask for it from HR. If it existed they would have just done it without taking your consent. Since they have asked for your consent just say no.
