Trending @Infosys; I have one offer in hand. How much percentage hike i can ask with other company for counter offer. Urgently need advice on this.

You can ask for a package which will be worth considering the second company. There will be no point in accepting a new offer, if it is only slightly above the accepted offer.

If u don't want to join the 1st company then ask for a reasonable hike , which u think u will be happy and the company can accept. See what is the company bracket for the position u are getting hired for. Advice - choose a stable company where u know u can survive in tough market conditions.
