Trending @Infosys; I have got outstanding rating from last 3 years , currently at TA role , when I will get promoted to TL role how much hike I will get ?

++ even i am waiting. Completed 4 years in infosys on 13th dec. have completed bcep level 6 exam. All eligible criteria done from my side. Client also recommended for my promotion. Working as a unofficial team lead from last 1 year since the team lead left. No escalations in 4 years. 1 commendable and consecutive 2 Outstanding ratings. So have asked managers to promote me as soon as possible

Same for me I have completed 4 years recently, received good ratings as well but no promotion...now I am thinking of switching ...

So how much hike we can expect?
