In person depends on any townhall meetings that ur account or unit has planned , otherwise it will be a digital certificate.

Insta award, you get a certificate and 500 infy gold points, which you can convert to voucher.
Regarding, in-person, these awards are project/unit level and usually given during quarterly unit level ahm/amm.
