Trending @Infosys; I have applied for resignation in employee seperation portal on April-11-24 and my last working day is showing July-10-24. Almost 15 days are passed but still the status in portal is showing under HR Validation. When it will get changed.

contact your unit HR ,i got early release after I contacted unitHR

Don’t worry. In my case bphr connected one week befor lwd and then all the steps completed one by one. If you are looking for early release (your manager ok with that) then reach out to your bphr.

Inform your HR and Manager both via mail that you have resigned. Rest they will initiate further communication with you.

Doesn’t matter . Maybe too many resignations i hrs plate. Anyways your lwd remains same. Just remind hr after a month

They will contact you just before 30 days of you applying, to do a formal discussion , like why you are quitting and what can they do to retain you ..

Mail your HR about this.
