Well a risky move sir.
You can pull back the paper if you want or just put some efforts and switch

Don't look for retention as your life will be more difficult and they will give you a hike as part of promotion so in the long run it's not useful

No bro in Infosys they hardly give you 15-20% hike to retain you, don't stay in Infosys

I am also thinking to put resignation. But considering the risk with no offers in hand not doing. For 2 years I got outstanding rating but not increased one rupee in salary. How disappointing. Why the company is not valuing its employees

No use in waiting for salary revision. There are opportunities outside and you can try out for package increase. If you are continous outstanding rated person and your dependency is huge in project and unit level then they will look into increasing your package. Now the market is also not in great position. You have 3 months time to get a job or cancel your resignation.

Even if they retain you work life balance is going to horrible I did the same mistake. I think we cannot again put papers if we get a job offer so my suggestion would be to try for a new job and if nothing works pull back as a last minute change. Also during notice period itna kaam Karvata hai

What is the point of waiting for his mind to be changed if you have an offer...just get out of the nest

They will not retain you. But the way I see it, you can make the most of this situation and try to switch. 90 days is a lot of time. You can definitely get an offer during this time and cherry on the cake will be that, you'll be able to join your new company in less than 90 days. See, lot of companies need new employees urgently so they see 90 days notice period as a problem. But you're free of that problem now. I would say, this reason alone increases your chances of getting hired quickly. So don't look back. Go ahead. Best luck
