Trending @Infosys; I have an offer with another company , but as per infosys offer letter i cannot be able to join the same company for 6 months. If i join the company will infosys takes any legal steps?

Don't worry.. they won't take any action unless you join client organisation and start playing on vulnerabilities of Infosys system. One of my teammate joined the client team right from the project at onsite (Indian client) and DM threatened him of legal action but the client simply threatened the DM itself saying that they will take legal action if they threatened that person ( who became employee of client that time) and DM not only apologized but later moved to some other unit.

They can’t do squat. If I need to state the obvious, don’t tell them where you’re joining.

The senior management at infosys only are not working with competitors and Infy can’t do anything. At the junior level, noooooobody cares

By other company, you mean client of your current project? It depends on the relationship with that client.
