Yeah bro I agree, but I am just concerned about their bench policy and if they have good projects. I am not hired for a particular project.

IBM is definitely far more better in terms of work life balance, paycheck, other facilities than INFY dont even have a second thought

IBM is definitely 100% better choice. But I do have one friend in IBM. Just go through their layoffs and bench policy before joining. But it's definitely better than infosys
