Max 30 encash, use rest, use more if u wish as encashed value will be 60-70% of ur normal working day, compare if wfo expense vs encash value, for more info raise ahd for official answers, read policy doc, search grapevine for keywords leave/encash/fnf

company will not encash all your leaves. you will lose them if not used. better take them before feb 3.
