I currently hold the position of Team Lead (TL). If I get opportunity to join an other Indian MNC, what job title would I have, and what specific responsibilities would be assigned to me?

And also please elaborate is it risky if I switch Now?

Is it a team lead or tech lead? Depends upon your career preference , your role can be project manager or software architect, depending on if you like people management or want to work in technology
