I worked as sanction screening analyst in 2 bank. Completely in Payment domain. Now need work as BA. I finding very difficult in this role. I have clearly explained him that am into operation side. Initially he said will guide you. But now he safely playing. I seriously lost my peace for this 2 weeks. Now I feeling this may lead to mental health issues. I completely feel being in bench might be okay than in this pressure.
Which unit ?
If you were that comfortable with operations role why did you join an IT company ? I am sure they didn’t promise you an operations role in infosys. If you want ops roles you need to join infosys BPO. Get out of your comfort zone and take up the challenge.
Am going to work as business analyst. But want to do data modelling work.
