For JL4 to JL5, we often get slots.

1. Keep asking your manager for promotion
2. Complete BCEP Level 6 (Business Communication Excellence Program) E-Learning and Certification which is mandatory for JL4 to JL5 promotion
3. You should mentor some junior resources
4. Improve your DQ score

Ideally you should differentiate yourself from other JL4.
