Depends on your manager , if your in project you can clear the pip but on bench , yes they will put u in pip

Nope immidate resign not notice period , and if ur in project the goals would be pretty achievable , you need to have good rapo with ur manager , post that if he give u good rating then well n good if he tell he is not satisfied you will be asked to take certificate exam
