Trending @Infosys; I got met expectation as my rating as my manger is changed on 1 oct and my current manager is saying some non sense excuse for this rating.
What i can do to decline this rating ? My ex manager is saying given a very review for me to him but he has not considered it. What steps i do u already mailed my current manager that u will accept this rating and schedule a meeting with him. What steps i need to take if he not agree?
have a chat with your previous manager first, if he supports you then connect with your reviewer or DM if nothing helps reach out to HR , you will have only 7 days after the communication
If you worked majority of time previous year in the old project and have done really something great which your prior manager can prove then you can choose not to accept rating and escalate , but your prior manager has to support you. Met expectation is not a bad rating so hopefully you have done something extra were billable all 12 months improved your do scores etc etc
