Trending @Infosys; I got an offer from EY gds, is it beneficial to switch from infosys to EY gds? What are pros & cons?

You can't expect WLB in EY. Infosys has way better WLB then EY.

Everything is good in EY when you compare with infy

What is the designation they are offering ?

Generally, Infy has better wlb than EY. I have multiple friends in both organisations. But there are exceptions also.

Everything is better in EY in comparison to Infy but there is no work life balance there.
