Trending @Infosys; I don't see hike mail / compensation revision letter in edocket. I joined in 2022. Anyone know why few did not get hike with CD rating?

As a fresher
Only till 1st jan 22 doj ppl will get hike

As a lateral Only till 31Dec 23doj ppl will get hike

If ecr got not eligible for hikes

Those who get hikes they didn’t get ecr before thats why of DOJ 2022
