Trust me if he was still running this company he wouldn’t be taking the salary out current ceo does and would have ensured our top management to junior staff ratio would not have been this skewed. I have seen this man up close and natural situations . He is what you see !!! Plain down to earth. His cabin in infosys in heritage building was no better than a normal managers cabin. The enduring image I will alwa ya have is him washing his lunch box after eating curd rice he brought from home in a steel tiffin box. And apologized to me for being 3 mins late. I was a nobody then and still am. But his humility just struck me forever.
