ohh ok, I attended interview on Feb3rd and still no update from them and also interview went well.

So they have rejected ? or i need to wait for sometime? I tried to contact them but they are no responding even dropped mail ....

It's too less...don't settle it for so low, accept it though, and start looking for other jobs. Once you start serving notice period you'll get more offers in hand.
