Im on bench since October and daily getting mentally harass (pip and all) by my manager. Kuch nahi to certificate ke piche hi pd gya hai Company join kri thi kaam krne ke liye yaa dq badhao or certificate kro ye sab krne ke liye
What should I do? Should I resign by my own or should ai wait for them to have the conversation with me regarding pip na d 4 months salary ( which I have read here ).
Why did he put you on the PIP and the task he is giving you is related to your project ?
And for which client are you working ?
Resign man I don't think it will be worth it.
He didn’t put me on pip yet but always give dhamki to to me for Pip
I lost my mental peace as he doing this daily.
The manager can put you on PIP that's true but it's not that easy for them to put someone on the PIP. They have to give the proper reason to the HR and there will be some procedure that they need to follow
Find any project allocation asap if you can then they will not put you in pip as you are on bench they have every reason to put you in pip. And once you are in pip they have to study 24/7. because pip shedule is very hectic. So just find any billable project or improve your skills for the switch.

If we resign now, will they help us with early release or the entire 3 months notice period? I’m already on PIP though!

I couldn’t attend the training because of health conditions, I’m at my Hometown and just got discharged a few days back, I’m planning to quit on the 30th. Will they allow me to leave in a few days if not what will be the consequences

Jb tk salary Aa rhi h tb tk kuch nhi krna h, bs ho skte to skills upgrade krte rho kyuki it will help you in switching
