I am worthless i am not able to complete the development ticket. I don't even understand the project. I have worked in other companies but I didn't face challenges like this before. What should I do? I am in Verizon account
You are not alone bro. Verizon account is worst. No proper KT was given and yet they expect us to understand the whole project from day1
I'm also in same condition. I joined one project, worked very hard, countless weekends late nights, disturbed mental health to resolve the every single incidents and to complete development work and worked on every single thing in project even I'm helping fellow team member in writing emails. I'm working since last 5 months like this. I was working silently, helping everyone hoping I'll get some respect for my work. Sometimes I crossed my limits of work, resulting in frustration, anxity expecting depression soon. And now come to interesting part, my fellow team member who was busy in making connections, participating in extra curricular activities in office, got appraisal promise from manager and even got appreciation for her work and during mid year review meeting I got more tasks till September instead of appreciation. Now I'm feeling lost, un appreciated, ignored, not valued. It feels like what I did become waste. I've lost motivation to work anymore. Even don't want to speak with manager also. Unable to focus on work. Soon I'll find myself to psychiatrist to overcome my depression. At this point of time, I don't know what I've to do and what it is in future.
