Your current is 15.5 and got Accenture offer of 18.63 You can negotiate for 40% hike

You read the screenshot wrong 15.5 fixed is deloitte. I get 13.6 fixed infosys also 18.63 if fixed + variable at accenture but Fixed is 154000 + 1.43 joining bonus.
