I want to resign from Infosys been here 6 years and low compensation. Market seems to be down and not kuch jobs. Shall I talk to my manager before putting in paper' OR will they try to retain me or not

If you ask before putting paper they will give lollipop. If you really want to grow leave infy. Now there is very less chance to retain. Move on
