Relatable...but the thing is here we are getting pennies in the name of salary and they are expecting us to be working 24x7... I'm the very junior in my team...but works more than senior consultants and leads...all they do is sit back and enjoy...I feel stressed her want to leave but can't due to financial instability

Start preparations and move on there is only one way.. If you have ability to Crack then interview then you can majorly same thing happen with almost every one in Infosys right now

It's the same throughout Infosys.
