You cannot expect promotion unless you ask for it.

Last year I was in the same situation. I chased my manager , set several meetings after lots of efforts and I got an email of role change.

You need to chase manager. Remember this is infosys. For each salary increment step we need to fight here.

I am also in same situation now, and following up with my manger for promotion and also for good hike in this cycle,he said he will consider this, hoping for the best
