Trending @Infosys; I am in central bench for last 20 days. What is the bench policy in infosys??How long they are consider in bench??

I released from the project on June then for 2 days I am in unit bench then they move to me in central bench. I am confirmed employee.

Atleast 1-2 months are fixed. Chill maar tabtak, kuch din bimar padke solo ya family trip pe nikal ja.

Did you straight land in central pool after project? Or you were on unit bench for a long time and could not land a project. If it’s latter and you are in probation then you might be in trouble. But if you are a confirmed nothing to worry atleast for 3-4 months.
