Trending @Infosys; I am in Bench, got PIP mail

I have been on the bench for the past five months, and I received an NI rating in my year-end review. I wanted to understand how challenging it would be to clear the PIP, and after successfully completing it, whether I would be eligible for project opportunities like any other employee.
