Won’t happen!! Client in US will give silly excuse of not starting at their 8:30 am because they have yo drop kid to school but we are expected to forget our kids and work till 10pm. Here are the options.

  1. Apply IJP for EMEA/AUS/ projects
  2. If you have financial backup. Just simply tell your manager you will be available only on Tuesday and Thursday post 7pm. And put OOO in outlook so that folks who set meeting get auto reply
  3. Have a delegate who can act as your backup in meetings post 7pm and make sure he gets rewarded for it.

Last option . Ask them to schedule meetings post 10 pm . Be ready to work from 10-12. With 7-10 being your family time. But this will only work if they only need you in meetings

May be try logging in late and extend your hours night and take some break time in evening time before meetings and complete some house works.. and in call times don't keep any work just make sure to give updates only so you can play with baby also at that time.. even baby cries also clients Don't have problem they will understand your situation... This i saw from some of my team members doing.. may be it will help you

Dose it comes in your working time then attend if it's outside of your working hours then don't work.if you allow this once then they will force you to work even after working hours. Talk with them to change working hours so meeting falls between your working hours.
