I would like to prepare for the bridge program, If I get an NI rating I will not be eligible for the program and should wait till the next sep rating to get ME and apply for the program. I am on the bench and looking for a project, 1) if I am on the bench till sep will they give me any rating 2) if I join any project, do I get any rating Note: I didn't update any iCount goals or so as I am not informed yet what to do
You are not eligible for this current rating cycle. Once you get confirmed then only you are eligible for a rating.
The same thing is applicable for bridge programs also. Even if you clear the PP exams and interview, they'll keep you on hold till you get confirmed employee and then only your further PP training and role change will happen.
