When your CEO is getting Rs. 66.25 crores/year and junior most employee starts at 3.5 lpa. Also , the yearly hike comes after almost 3 years and it is 3-5% . Cherry on the cake is that variable amount is less for last quarter..
And you talk about this..... It's the peak of Hypocrisy.....

He is speaking what he followed , he is less than 1% shareholder now . His word in infosys running doesn’t matter beyond a point. He is trying to be the moral compass . But the newer ceos are employees they first care about their salaries !!!

@A_man_has_no_name sorry only incompetent people will start with 3.5 lpa and there is nothing wrong with that,DSE the most junior level will get 6.5 and PP get 9 .5 🤡, similarly underperforming or overpaid employees get 3-5% after 3 years, people even got as much as 25% this cycle. The last thing is to understand how companies operate,NRN doesn't decide the salary of ceo or freshers 🤡.

I have a question ? Can a fresher join as A DSE or PP, if yes what route should they take. Or they have to join the normal path through campus and move internally

Have you seen the movie on Steve Jobs , I think it was named as "Jobs" or Steve Jobs , but anyways the point is, when he was trying to do the best, and not be a corporate he was literally kicked out of his own company. 😂😂 I'm not sure if it's same but that's how it works nobody cares about ethics, the board member wants money is all. And CEO is part of it and is held responsible which is why when they are hired they ask for this high amounts so incase they are fired , they have the lumpsum in their bank for any uncertainty. In corporate Boss shown on tv/media not always the boss behind the scenes.

Like we blame HRs , Managers but we rarely questions who's telling HR bad about the employee and who's giving bad feedback to manager about their subordinate.

Junior employee starts with 2.4 lpa at job level 2B
