Trending @Infosys; How to switch ?

I have a total of 9.2 years of experience, after joining infy l was put to a different kind of work that I used to do before. My growth is stagnant, This work does not have much demand in the market, due to personal reasons i did not switch early and now I feel its too late. I am very demotivated, i want to make switch but unable to decide the right path. I am not very good and coding tasks but my communication and analysis is good. Please guide!
