Trending @Infosys; How to survive without coding

I have 9.3 years of experience in manual testing web based . I am not able to switch to automation as I have no knowledge of programming. I am highly under paid and having financial crisis. Can any one help how to survive with coding ? What can I choose to switch to automation or any other relavant position ASAP.
