How to project parties are going on across the infy? Share your thoughts.
Project parties at infy are a waste of time and resources. Focus on work and productivity instead. These parties are just distractions and do not contribute to professional growth.
I don't agree with this thought. We are getting already very less salary and PP are the times where we are getting something free of cost. We should enjoy for our hard work and by avoiding project party 4 hours we are not doing big rocket science work.

Through the year, most of us are focusing on work and Infy didn’t give even a peanut for free. Project party is something we get once or twice in year to refresh our mind. Our team went to resort, it’s having village ambiance with games like mud volleyball, village pool hand ball, cycling, tug of war and some small games. At the end we had dinner and camp fire chills with dances and songs. Our team of around 60-70 colleagues have enjoyed well and it’s a good experience.. we must have such funs ….offcourse we spend some bucks for travelling.. happiness cannot buy with money … so we enjoyed for 8 hours on that day !!!!
How can one have this PP if it is in a different office DC. In the current DC one from the project team.
Our client also gave us one party, it was department party. That was cool... 2200/- budget per head which includes hard drinks as well... Also now we have party from Infosys Unit, 600/- per head budget Hardly we are getting good restaurants to do dine forget the drinks
