Am in a team where am putting all my efforts by myself , this scrum master and a senior developer are doing nothing, they just ask what is the solution just say that, i dont want technical explanation when i say that solution they just discuss this with client and get appraisal in client call , my manager is also from that same language group so he is also not doing anything , for doing nothing these people just give appraisal tothem self in mail.😕 shit politics am facing mostly in all projects
It's everywhere in all organization.
Simple rule to survive in IT don't show all technical skills you know. Just complete the things assigned to you and log off
Do specify which language there are from, I have similar issues and I know solution to tackle this problem
