Trending @Infosys; How to negotiate with manager to reduce Notice period
I have resigned recently and got an offer now but the company wants me to join in 30 days. How should I approach this conversation with my manager? Can Infy managers really help you reduce the notice period if they want to or not?

Please understand no manager would do that. As it sets a bad precedent and poaching by competitors becomes easy. They are offering you higher pay if you join immediately so that they can avoid counter offers or they have short term requirements. Any good organization with long term plans for you will respect the industry standard 3 months notice period.
The system is broken and no one wants to wait for 3 months ideally, even these so called big techs who themselves have 3 months notice period aren't ready to wait for 3 months nowadays.
Make sure you finish the handover of your process to your replacement asap and ask for payout

Thanks, The handover process will take a maximum of 3 weeks if the manager does not take time to find a new resource. They already have plenty of people on the bench, if the manager cooperates, then only it is possible I think.

Yes, actually it is in your Manager's hand. Manager can give an early release depending upon the Dependency. If you have a good repo with your Manager. Try to convince them.
