Trending @Infosys; How to increase the CTC by using the other offer?

I received two offers from company's A and B for the same package 11lpa and I know it's less for a 4.5 yrs. Now I want to increase the offer to 13 lap at least .how can I do that? Will the company A revise compensation if I show the company B offer and vice versa?
