Raise an AHD to request the backend team to manipulate your numbers and achievements on infyme and lex. But by the time your had gets resolved, you'll have actually completed all those courses, certifications etc.

If possible you can complete external certification and upload them to infy learn certifications and get them approved you can also consider doing internal courses
