Trending @Infosys; How to go on bench and stay for atleast 1-2 months?

Hi All, I am getting release from my current project in the next week and other project people has started reaching out to me for opportunities but I am mentally fatigued and want some time on bench what should I do?

How does this work, if someone reaches out to you for not your skill set projects , it's pathetic how infy management works in terms of resources planning

Simply tell him I don't have this skill set if my skill is matched with you I can work

Whenever you got a call for a project just ask the tech stack and then you can say i wanr to work on other teck stack ....to this for all .. This trick work for me .... But remember once you slected by client then you have to join the project .... So dont give client interview....
