Trending @Infosys; How to get released from current project?
I don't get interested in development python coding . As I don't want to do this project i am not interested and also not able to understand as I am from a non it background. I have completed only 3 months on this project also this is my first project in Infosys I talked with my manager that I want release but he said u didn't get if you want release then find other project through IJP and IJP means internal job portal is not applicable for JL3 level. There is so much mental pressure also in the project .What do I have to do? I am frustrated in this project literally as I want to release me. Please give suggestions and valid solutions. Thank you your suggestions are appreciated.
I'm going thru the same phase. Only difference is my manager assigned me PIP along with the project work (didn't put me on bench). Tried everything and gave my best but now I think I can't continue and now in a sort of a deadlock situation. I'll ask my manager to put me on bench and will try to complete PIP and further seek for another project till June. Bcoz anyhow I want to resign in June as my probation is ending by then.
Yes, same situation but i from it background but i assigned to support project which is close to non tech 🫠.
