Trending @Infosys; How to get project? I have recently joined Infosys at JL4, how to get into good projects?

It's been 2 weeks now I've joined Infosys. I got an email that I have been shifted to central bench pool. I want to get into projects soon. Please suggest. How to get into projects, how to select projects? Please help.
