Hi, My DQ is 205. Can anyone tell what is platinum club, how to be eligible for that and what are the benefits ?
Platinum club..you should be top 10% at your JL and unit level. No financial benefit, but you will work closely with tech architects on niche technologies like AI/ML.
The primary benefit of platinum club would be faster promotion , and if applying for a bridge program 1st level test is skipped and you can directly appear for interview round .
Eligibility would be :
Require your DQ score to be top 10 % to your JL level . Rating should be good , possibly commendable/ outstanding.. These only I came to know raise AHD and push people to know more as most of the time I didn’t get the right person to answer this query , mostly they would say connect with HR.
