Trending @Infosys; How to get good rating?
I joined Infosys 2 years back, I got last year met expectation, I was new and got to know about no hikes so I left it but this year my half year went well and half I didn’t perform excellent it was just okay okay so what can I talk with my manager shall I ask him for good one or not ?
no wonder they will give met expectations only, you are agreeing that you did not perform 50%
Deliverable should be on time without any escalation and minimal efforts ready to adapt the new changes in required in project . You have to be good at your tech stack . Do lex certification or external cloud certification . Have good communication skill among the team . Hope it help . Ask your manager about your scope of improvement
Speak with your manager he can only resolve your issue
