Trending @Infosys; How to get a skill tag?

I'm at Level 4, Technology Analyst Want to know the process of getting skill tag in AI or Automation. Its been long I've aspired my self in Infyme and completed tons of certification as well related to above mentioned. My DQ score is 90pts. But still in my profile skill tag shows empty. Checked with pm he says he does not have any idea on this.
