Trending @Infosys; How to get a release from the project?

I worked in the shit show for 4 years.

I asked my mentor and they said it's probably by the end of the year or beginning of next year (they sent an email to my project manager) but the thing is I don't trust life. Idk if somebody leaves infosys and I rot there for another year? I learn NOTHING and it's hard to switch to another company now. Please help.

One thing you can do is to show a doctor's certificate and get a 1 or 2 months sabbatical (LOP). They will be forced to leave. Just make sure to do it after you get ratings from your manager or else there could be risk of him giving you an NI which will not be good for you.

Same for me even specialist programmers have to go through the same just copy paste work.

In the same situation, working on a non technical project which add nothing to my career, yesterday asked for release.. Decided to fight till earn it.. If stuck here, will be trapped forever
